Lovely decorative and uncommon mid/ late 19th century antique lithographed map, with original hand color. Features include a prominent colorful time diagram of world cities in relation to Washington, D.C. at top cneter cusp; color comparison diagram charts of each hemisphere's principal rivers (top corners) and mountains (bottom corners); and a comparison cross section of the U.S.'s principal mountains along bottom, all named with their heights in feet. Minor light toning and small scattered age spotting as typical for maps of this vintage, but to our eyes and likely for most people, an entirely acceptable and nice looking example of this antique map.
