The lamp settings of high/low button works on the lamp and the adjustable neck stays in many positions to direct lighting. The green and white color plastic is consistent through out the base and has a green shade of the lamp. A few blemishes on the green plastic edges of the shade and white metal reflector and some surface rust on the neck hinges.
