Up for sale is a custom-built, refurbished AT tower PC running Windows 98 Second Edition on an 8GB CF SSD hard drive for years of reliable service. The excellent Asus mainboard features a rare combination of three (3) 16-bit ISA slots that accept full-sized cards. In addition, it has both COM/Serial ports and an LPT/Parallel port. Perfect for industrial and equipment control uses or vintage gaming (with your added sound card), this tower features a rare AMD K6-III CPU, a PCI graphics card, a new CD-RW drive, a 100MB I/OMega Zip drive, and a 3Com NIC configured for TCP/IP networking with DHCP enabled. Service-pack updates, DirectX 9c, and other useful software and utilities are installed. There is a removable (no tray) IDE hard drive bay. Two Real-Mode DOS boots are on the desktop for your command prompt legacy applications - One offers 621K XMS support with CD and mouse drivers, while the other offers 611K XMS and 32MB EMS support with CD and mouse drivers. A Norton Ghost bootable system Restore CD is also included. Speakers, monitor, AT keyboard, and mouse are not included. A power cord is included.
