Description: SET OF 2 GEORGE NATHAN DRIFTWOOD REVOLUTIONARY WAR SOLDIER WALL HANGINGS. Each piece is 28" tall, 11.5" wide and 1" depth. Back in the 1960's and 1970's George Nathan Associates Inc out of Providence, Rhode Island were known for their home decor items done on wood. These items were handcrafted by using a silkscreen technique on wooden boards. The boards were then distressed - creating a very nice effect. This listing is for 2 boards, both depicting soldiers from the revolutionary war time period. Both boards are marked on the back as follows: Soldier in red is marked "Handscreened by GEORGE NATHAN ASSOCIATES, INC. 325 Valley St. Providence R.I. 02908 P13", and soldier in blue is marked "Handscreened by GEORGE NATHAN ASSOCIATES, INC. 325 Valley St. Providence, R.I. 02908 P12". Both wall hangings have a plastic hardware piece attached on back for hanging up these incredible pieces!
