It has the WL mark and is marked STERLING on the inside - see photos. It measures approx 1-3/16 inch tall and 1-1/16 inch across. The enamel has a tiny surface chip and discoloration at the top left - see photos - the rest of the enamel is excellent. It has normal light surface wear and tarnish. It opens and closes properly.
