Looks to be a dealer promo friction car? *11/1/24* CONDITION: Being sold as is, for restoration! The wheels spin and the friction wheels have resistance to them, although the car doesn't wind/propel. The rear bumper is broken on the right side. In general, there are spots of warping to the plastic. There are scratches, scuffs, color loss, and staining/discoloration spots scattered throughout.
