The hat is accented by a simulated floral spray of rust-colored feathers which have paper-wrapped stems & green sprig long stems. The hat is swathed in a very filmy brown tulle netting which is in disrepair. The elastic strap has lost all of it's elasticity, some tiny rubs to the splines of the feathers which translate to little white specks (very minor). Size 22 per the tag, no moth damage to the felt.
