Description: Vintage Vista Alegre Porcelain Box with a Forest scene with Travelers painted in Brown on the lid. Both Lid and Box trimmed with Gold. Many uses - Trinkets, Cards, Dresser, Cigarettes, etc. Made in Portugal. Based on the marking, appears to be from the 1947-1968 time period (per Visa Alegre website). The box measures approximately 4-1/4" x 3-1/2" x 1-3/8". The lid measures approximately 4-1/2" x 3-3/4". Excellent preowned condition with no chips or cracks. Box and lid wrapped separately in bubble wrap for shipment with USPS Mail. Display aids not included.
