It does have minor slightly darker tarnish on the engraved portions that actually makes the engraved patterns stand out even better. The back has a little more naturally aged tarnish, but that is expected and normal for aged sterling silver surfaces. The measurements are 3 1/4” x 2 1/2”, fitting belts up to 1 1/2” wide and weighs about 2 1/2 to 3 ounces.
