Description: This is a vintage sterling puffy heart charm that has a red stone on the front; I am not sure whether the stone is a real gemstone. There is a small chip to the stone. The initials "R.G." are beautifully engraved on the back. The seams of the heart are sealed, and there are a few tiny dings. The charm is marked sterling on the back, and has a good patina, but could use a cleaning in spots. It measures 3/4 of an inch high and 5/8 of an inch at its widest and weighs 1.6 grams.
