Description: Parker Cessfy Wave Pattern Pen Or Pencil For Parts Or Repair. The barrel has the branding. The pocket clip is etched Parker. The cap does not fit securely over the barrel. It is a loose fit. No tip, ink lead or nib inside, only a tube. Dark blue and gold colors. The materials used to make the pen pencil is not known. The branding on the barrel is faded and worn away. It's only legible with a magnifier. The materials have scratching, surface wear, worn area and color fading. Buying as is. We cannot guarantee that if the pen/pencil is restored or refilled that it will work. We only deliver our packages using USPS. NO MEET-UPS OR HOME DELIVERY , and no UPS or Fed Ex (too far from our home to drop off packages).
