Vintage Nikko BIG BUBBA 4WD RC Charger Controller WORKS Radio Control Truck READ

Description: Vintage Nikko BIG BUBBA off road 4WD red plastic RC truck. Includes the original battery AND the battery charger AND the remote control, which sort of works but the antenna is broken off. Big Beast AWD tires. Sold AS-IS. I charged him, and he WORKS! But only if the remote is right next to Big Bubba's antenna OR if you do what I did to take my amazing video, and put a little screwdriver in the antenna hole. (Maybe foil would work too??) Also, I can't get him to turn left all the way. He goes straight, he reverses, he turns right, but he won't turn left. So he is sold as is! (After testing more he started to turn left a bit - maybe he just needs some lube?) This has been played with and shows it! Pillar on the passenger side is broken off. Front grill is broken and really chewed on the front (especially the underside.) Small scuff on the hood. Decal is starting to peel on the driver's side, and that chrome piece on the driver side (step and exhaust pipe) has broken off and has been glued back on. (And the piece keeps falling off, so it will be shipped unattached.) Back corners (top of the tail lights) are a little rough. I think there were exhaust pipes on both sides, in front of the doors - if true, those are broken off and missing. On the other hand, color is very good for its age. Chrome on the front looks great. Other than that pillar, the rest of the body is in great shape with no cracks or scratches, as far as I can see! The rest of the decals are in quite good condition. The roll bar and the antenna are intact and the antenna isn't too bent. And the underside looks quite good. It's dusty! It's been in storage since my (now 38-year-old) son quit playing with it, lol. I cleaned it up as best I could, but there are a lot of spots I missed. And I didn't clean off the tires. The remote has a small piece broken off (where I'm pointing) at the top of the battery compartment, but it still stays tightly closed. NOTE that the door to the battery compartment on the remote *slides* off, it is NOT screwed on! Looks like someone has tried to unscrew the fake screws. 🙂 9v batteries are NOT included - you will need two. See photos! I may have missed things, and you know better than I what to look for, so the pictures will be more helpful than my description. UPS is also an option for shipping, if that is less expensive for you. This is a kind of heavy box.
