I’m not sure whether his one closed eye is a sign of drunkenness or if he’s winking at someone maybe on the next lane. When this is wound up, it plays the song show me the Way to go home but very slowly. From the looks of the cork and the inside of the bottle, it doesn’t look like it has ever been filled.
