Description: Very nice condition vintage cigar cutter. Slides back and forth with ease as intended. Marked "Made In Germany". Silver in color, with no notable cosmetic issues, although might have some surface wear. I did not attempt to clean or polish this vintage piece. It appears as though it would polish very nicely, if you prefer the pristine look to the natural patina look. With that said, I can't be sure that every little mark would be removed.
