Description: This radio / 8 track player is being sold as-is for parts or repair, no returns. The outer condition is very good. The battery compartment has some debris inside. The antenna is very straight and pulls out all the way with ease. All the buttons and knobs move with ease. I tested the radio and the 8-track and is seems like it want to play but all you can hear is static when moving the volume knob. I can tell something is moving inside and "playing" the 8-track, now I can not be sure how well it is playing because I can not hear anything but crackles from the broken speaker but there is movement inside indicative of something moving and playing the 8 track and I can switch tracks with the "program" button. The 1st channel light is burnt out but all other lights work when changing tracks when I tested this button. The tuner knob for the radio works and movies the tuner and I could hear when I would hit a station with some static but again, the speaker is just not up to playing much at all. For this reason this is being sold for repair or to part out. Any questions please let me know.
