Made of a chalkware or plaster like material, the figure is nicely hand painted and the colors are still bright and vibrant. He is marked along the base with "Mexico" on the backside. Possibly a Columbia Statuary piece. He is in very nice condition for his age with a few chips to the painted finish here and there that could be touched up with a bit of paint.
