No rips, tears or cracks on the outer leather shell. Inside lining is also in great shape. PLEASE NOTE. Only 1 minor issue with the bottom button being loose but can always be reinforced with new threading. Leather has been wiped down with leather cleaner and treated with leather conditioner prior to posting this listing. Ready for the fall/winter season.
