Vintage Italian Pottery MCM Rosenthal Netter Bitossi Lidded Bowl Pot Tureen WOW

Description: Up for sale is this rare vintage Mid Century Modern Italian pottery colorfully painted and hand-etched / carved lidded pot / tureen. Has vertical lines etched on the sides and a starburst in the center of the lid. Great colors and clean surfaces Interior is glazed as is the lid and lower side of the lidded pot / tureen. The area under the lip of the base is unglazed. I believe this is an original Aldo Londi / Bitossi piece for Rosenthal Netter. Signed with vintage Italy mark on bottom. I think it was made around the 1950s or 60s. There may have been a Rosenthal Netter sticker originally when purchased that has come off. In great overall condition - has some minor edge rim loss to the lid only but not very noticeable at all, especially when the lid is in place. Scarce, hard-to-find style and an original Mid Century Modern piece! Measures 4.3”inches tall with the lid and 6.8” inches wide (10.9 cm, 17.3 cm). Would make a fantastic display piece and piece to use, fine addition to a collection, or a great gift!
