Description: Vintage INSTRUCTIONS FOR POST EXTRACTION CARE Pamphlet. I am usually pretty knowledgeable about old dental items but I don't know how old this one is. It mentions using a dental poulice from Poloris which was known to be from the 1940's. Often times there was a "code" printed somewhere that had the date/year on it. At the bottom right of the back panel it says "D-34-B" so I don't know if that means it is from 1934 or what. Anyway it measures 2 3/4" X 4" high and opens into a two-panel piece. It is in overall nice shape with very minor wearing and staining. I COMBINE SHIPPING........
