The shackle needs to be closed before the key can be removed from the padlock. The box reads as follows: 5340-00-158-3805 PADLOCK 1 EACH DLA500-84-D-0074/0002 A. The large box that's shown in the last photograph is shown for illustration purposes only and is not included. It's what the lock came in and once held 12 of them.
