Featuring a wide-eyed, open mouth BLACK CAT, complete with applied ears, face is the same on each side and head is hollow, filled with beans or similar for use as a noisemaker. Mounted to a wood dowel painted orange, I purchased this in 1991 when I was decorating my Halloween office - it has been sitting in an orange bucket filled with similar rattles and noisemakers for years.
