Description: Vintage Enamelware Black & White Pan for making Hollandaise Sauce. This is just cute. I have had it since 1978 and don’t have any history on it prior to that. I’m just guessing that it was made in the 1960’s. It appears to be made as a “double boiler” to rest in a saucepan. I’m guessing that it fits a 4” diameter saucepan. There are flaws, as these pieces often have. See photos for details.
