Vintage 4 Pc. John Somers Pewter Side Handle Coffeepot, Cream, Sugar

Description: NOTE: Free shipping ONLY to lower 48 states. John Somers made some of the finest pewter. His pewter is handmade and cast, not spun as so many American pewters are. This makes pewter, a soft metal, stronger, more useable etc. This 4 pc. set is done in his antique finish. It displays beautifully! It consists of a side handled coffee/tea pot, a covered sugar bowl and a creamer. This is a nice set in very good, clean pre-owned condition. The antique finish is very much intact. It dates back to the mid 1970's-1980's. Very well crafted, quality pewter. The side handled pot has a wood handle that is in very good shape and is tight to the pot. It stands about 10 3/4" to the top of the lid final. The pot is in very good shape with lfew if any scratches to the body. There is a very small very shallow dent in the pot under the handle you can see in pics. It is not serious and doesn't hurt it as it is so minor it was difficult for me to see. The creamer is about 4 1/3" tall. It too has minimal, if any scratches but does have a small flat spot on the side, that I only mention for full disclosure. The lidded sugar bowl is also very clean. The lid fits fine. There is also a small dent in the bowl as I show in pics.
