Description: Offered for sale is very rare holster for German Luger p08 pistol Manufactured by CDG - Auwarter u. Brubeck, Stuttgart This very rare holsters were made in 1944 , with date code "4" indicating that year.Holster do not have any other markings - army acceptance, what indicates very late issue without being accepted or designation for different formation - not army.Based on research this holster might have been issued with 1944 Mauser Banner or Luftwaffe " Ku " Krieghoff Luger, that were made around that time. Official production by Mauser ended in 1942 , so this one likely was issued with one listed above. Leather is fantastic - playable without any problems.Original white stitching also very strong . Flap has several small holes - remains of German insignia that were attached to it at some point likely by GI. Overall beautiful example of one of the rarest Luger holsters in existence !Will be super hard to upgrade. Not to many of those holsters were ever made - and most stayed in Europe after WWII Those pistols are very hard to find - and especially holsters for them.Holster remains in excellent 100% original condition, no problems.Leather is playable and stitching very good. Holster has minor signs of wear .This one will be very hard to upgrade. Pistol presented on pictures is not for sale with this holster - for presentation reasons only !
