Description: This auction is for a Series of 1929 Ten Dollars National Currency banknote from The Second National Bank of Houston, Texas. This note is heavily circulated and has the following: very heavy folding and wear (also has many heavier creases and many areas of wrinkled folding - note appears pressed or flattened and also has areas of damage); overall staining and darker areas of spot/line/section stains (also has smudges, dark and dirty areas, grease stains, areas of discoloration); heavy edge and corner wear (including corners rounded and/or split/frayed (bottom left corner has an area folded-over- edges rough in many areas and oddly cut); many edge indents/nicks (several tears exist - larger piece missing towards the center of the upper edge); very heavy surface wear and fraying (areas of paper loss and fraying exist); one larger hole between the "D" and "O" of "DOLLARS" at the bottom center.
