Turkeys flap and drags their wings and that causes this to happen. The best feather fibers are not in the tip anyway. I've included a photo showing the best and worse feathers to expect. I just don't want a buyer disappointed.Turkey Biot Feathers are from the leading edge of a bird's primary flight feathers. The shorter biots on the leading edge is used for tails and wings on nymphs and the longer ones on the rear are wrapped to form bodies and ribbing. I p[ictured one of each fly.These include matched pair in each pack. The packs retail for $3.00 to $5.00 but can be found around between $2.00 to $3.00 on eBay.
