Description: Beautiful hand-painted collector's plate. Signed in the front "Vincent" T&V mark clearly marked in the back. The firm was started in 1860. We believe this was made in the late 1800's, because the company was sold and no longer used the T&V logo. going into the 1900's. We're selling because we are downsizing our Limoges collection.
