Transformers G1 Shockwave PLEASE READ Repaired Incomplete Vintage Works

Description: Transformers G1 Shockwave Vintage, not a reissue or reproduction. ###### PLEASE READ ##### This was in pieces when I got it so I "fixed" it up, just to see if I could make it a decent, displayable piece. Electronics, both light and sounds all work. The gray barrel shroud is missing. The translucent purple rear flip up sight thing is missing. There are no stickers. They were mostly torn off, so I just removed the residue. The bar that goes through the upper part of the legs is not original. It is a cut off section of a 1/4" socket extension from Harbor Freight. The hose from the back to the left arm and the wire inside of it is not original. That was already ripped off when I got it. I replaced both shoulder springs with slightly shorter ones to take away some of the pressure on the old plastic. The shoulder joints still hold their position. I am including the original springs. A previous owner superglued the arms together in gun mode after the left elbow joint broke. I removed some of the superglue residue with lighter fluid, but I couldn't get it all off. I also repaired the left elbow joint and it is straight. Someone repaired the right elbow joint years ago and it is a little crooked. The 2 black rectangles are pieces of a popsicle stick that I cut down and colored black with a sharpie. They install in the back of the legs to help the toy stand up straight, see picture 8. The original, unbroken battery cover is included, but it has a stress mark. All of the screw posts inside of the toy were snapped off. I plastic welded them back on and then covered each of them with superglue and a brass sleeve. I also added gussets to the posts where I could. I know this thing is a Frankenturd. Feel free to tell me I'm crazy. I just thought that someone out there might appreciate it or at least use it for parts. Thanks for looking.
