Celebrate the 40th Anniversary of the Transformers Franchise with this piece of Toy History. Designed by Shogo Hasui as a simultaneous celebration of Transformers 20th Anniversary and the inception of the now-vaunted Masterpiece line, this US release of MP01 features dated engineering, but still excellent build quality, a complex transformation, meticulous sculpt, and accurate alt-mode. This version features Battle Damage which represents Prime during his final Battle with Megatron in the 1986 animated Movie. This particular variant includes the anime and toy accurate black rifle. Also note that this figure only scales with MPs up to MP10. This figure is large, weighty, and features copious die-cast.
