The brim has no tears but it feels like it is crushed or disintegrated on the inside and thus does not feel very solid and cannot be shaped. The hat part with the patch on it is in good shape. The tag is partially missing but from another listing and from the rivet on the inside I can see that the brand is Otto and this was most likely made in Taiwan. The Moon looks similar to the Moon on the Full Moon Fever album from 1989. The back is adjustable. Please see all pictures. Thanks for looking!
