For DVDs and Blurays, it is as follows: Brand New Movie comes sealed in shrink wrap or some sort of factory bag or packaging. There may be minor damage to the shrink wrap, but the movie is brand new and unopened. Like New Item is near flawless and looks as though it was just unwrapped.
