CAT# is EAS-70130 Obi strap and lyric sheet are existing. Lyric sheet has some aging. Sleeve has a few slight creases on side spines and tiny scuffs on top and under left corners, otherwise excellent and still intact. VG+ Record has only a few slight marks, otherwise excellent condition. EXObi has some creases under back side.
