Packed with care, double bagged in an insulated box with a heat pack/ice pack when needed. Tracking -number will be provided after shipping label is printed! Bettas will ship out on Monday & Tuesday for Priority only. Mondays only for Ground Advantage unless buyer would like me to ship on Tuesday (holidays may change when your betta is shipped) to avoid sitting in the post office over the weekend. DOA POLICY: Hopefully this will never happen, but a refund will be provided if a betta is DOA (dead on arrival) within 1 hour of delivery. Video and a photo of the betta in the unopened bag is required to issue a refund on value of fish only.
