Also included are Sony MDR-NC20 noise-cancelling headphones (batteries not included), Kenwood AS-7 active desktop speakers with AC power supply. I am the original and only owner of the items. When playing a CD, the discman turns on, plays the CD a few seconds, and then powers off. The batteries will operate with the AC adapter inserted into the player.
