The same goes if you are buying a camera or camcorder that does not include a proprietary battery or charger and you try to use a battery or battery charger that is not compatible and claim that your device is not working, after retesting your device once returned with a compatible battery and charger we find that it is working properly, we will deduct your original shipping cost plus a percentage high enough (30-50%) to cover the return shipping cost, packaging and labor from your refund amount.
