Return policy details: Exchange and Returns Policy We very much hope that you will be satisfied with any products you have purchased on our website. However should you wish to return or exchange a product for any reason you may do so within 15 days of the date you receive the item. We adopt a common sense approach to exchange and returns and are always happy to come to a suitable agreement. In order to refund or exchange we must receive the item in a saleable condition and in its original, undamaged packaging complete with tags.
