It has been signed by Julia Lee Wright, please see signature inside front cover board. All the pages appear intact! There are some places with a hand written notation here and there, some foxing, some pages have a newspaper recipe clipping taped on. The last section of pages was blank and have had recipes clippings taped on. This book will come with all the recipes that the previous owner kept that were clipped from magazines from the 1930, 40s and 50s! Super fascinating and valuable old-fashioned recipes. Most of the clippings appear to be for baking of cakes and desserts. A few old baking pamphlets are also included, those are in very nice clean condition. Front cover does have a black smudge stain mark. True date of publishing is unknown, the book does not state a year. The item specifics for date are based on research estimation.
