He is made of hard plastic and has a black fabric cape on his back. He is sort of a bobble-head style, so his head moves around a bit. He doesn't look straight on, his head looks slightly to the right. (Be aware this item was originally a toy, if you have a problem with this then please look elsewhere.) It has been customized by adding hardware so that it can hang on your tree. Size: Measures about 4.5 inches tall. Condition: It's in very good condition, with very minor paint wear.
