Shohei Ohtani 2021 Onyx Vintage Extended #EASO Kanji Autograph 2/10

Description: In my opinion, this card displays one of the most meticulous examples of Ohtani's kanji autograph. This may be due in part to the vintage card stock, which offers greater purchase for a pen/marker compared to the glossier surface of many modern cards. As Ohtani now has an exclusive trading card deal with Topps, I believe these kanji autographs will become relatively scarce compared to what I anticipate will be a growing population of kanji autographed Topps/Topps owned products. This is not to suggest that this card would be a good investment, but to highlight its increasingly exclusive nature. The grading report is publicly accessible via the TAG population report should one consider crossing over to a different grading company. However, I think the simple transparent slab and the white laser engraving work exceptionally well to maximize this card's aesthetic appeal. My intent is to keep this card in my personal collection, unless someone is willing to pay considerably above market value.
