These were made in France, almost certainly repackaged Velox Tressostar tape, as details of the rolls and their packaging are identical to their Velox equivalents. This is one lot of 2 rolls, enough to do one set of handlebars using one roll on each side. (End plugs are not included.) Please study the photos and ask any questions you need before ordering!
