Saint Laurent re-issued several jackets in this style for their Fall 2021 ready to wear collection (pictured for reference). This boxy evening jacket is in the style of another famous french designer. It buttons closed down ¾ of the front with gorgeous, gold metal buttons. It's trimmed in a cable braid throughout all the edges. APPROXIMATE MEASUREMENTS Shoulder to shoulder ~18.5 inches across (front). Armpit to armpit ~20.75 inches across (front).Sleeves ~21 inches.Length ~23 inches (front, center).Armpit to bottom hem ~13 inches (front). FAIR CONDITION: This jacket has much life left, but it may benefit from some expert repairs or alterations to the style to fix the damage. Priced accordingly. New season jacket in a similar style from Saint Laurent cost $3,500+. Areas throughout where the fabric has worn down. A few areas were repaired using black wool and a felt needle. Tears to the inside lining, especially around the collar and one armpit. Some fraying on the cable trim throughout. Wear to the inside lining from the felt needle wool repairs.Some light spots.
