These are gym quality holds made by me (Josh) using old school techniques and high grade resin. This set includes 6 well textured, medium sized Incuts & jugs shaped specifically to fit comfortably in the hand, eliminating all hot spots, negative spaces, and sharp edges the advanced ergonomics of these holds allows for ectended / all day climbing sessions leading to increased strength and endurance. Each piece features varying degrees of depth and positivity: - The two deepest holds can be used as roof jugs or on an overhanging V1-V3 -The two medium depth holds are are appropriate for an overhanging V4-V5 route. -The 2 shallowest holds have just a slight incuts and are appropriate for harder climbs.
