RCA Victor Model 65X1 Tube Radio Vintage 1940s Mid Century Bakelite Powers On

Description: Retro! Mid century Art Deco tube type radio. Made of brown Bakelite by RCA VICTOR. When turned on it takes a few seconds for the tube to start working then it makes the static hum sound. It doesn’t work any further. This is exactly the way I acquired it & have not tried to fix. I only did a light dusting. No cracks or chips to Bakelite. Has both knobs. Has original decal on bottom. Shows normal patina & wear. Displays nicely!
