Mint condition, original owner never displayed & stored flat file in mylar since the concert. There were no poster tubes at the show so most of these that rarely surface are damaged. Only about 12 have surfaced since the concert. This venue has been permanently closed & is slated to be demolished. A great gift or investment for any fan or collector.
