Description: This is a VHF Ham Radio Transceiver designed to use for Fox/Bunny radio hunts. It can also be used as a beacon as long as an external USB C power supply is connected. The device features a back-lit LCD display, adjustable squelch, volume controls, adjustable gain, frequency selector, on/off switch and an antenna connector. There are two 18650 batteries that provide a run time over 6 hours, depending on the duty cycle of transmissions. There are many settings available to customize the frequency, the transmit time, the pause time between transmissions, the beacon ID, an optional music piece after each id, and many other options. The morse code speed is adjustable, as are many other settings. The batteries are charged with a built-in USB C port. Firmware upgrades can be loaded from the Micro SD card. This card also holds the music files to play.
