This is a pro team pro vac FS6 hepa level filtration backpack vacuum. this is a tested working unit. it has 2 brand new filters on the sides. it comes with the hepa filter inside and a used paper bag inside. Where it has the chest strap, it is missing the one part that clicks into the other part. you could easily get a part for that. it comes with the hose. It has the complete buckle that goes around your waist. The sheath on the cord has been pulled out over time. It does not affect the operation of the unit.
