It's not something you can easily find in the United States, and is even hard to find in Belgium and the Netherlands, where it was marketed. This vintage 2001 Pokmon Flippo binder is from Belgium. Pogs were called Flippos in the Netherlands and Belgium. There are no pogs in here, just the sleeves with a picture of each pog so that you can collect pogs and put them in the proper sleeve. This binder was made for 25 pogs. On the inside back of the binder is a listing of each pog that is supposed to be collected to put into this binder. Again there are no pogs in here. The inside front binder has a place for someone's name. It is not written in. It is also has steps to to play written in both Dutch and French. It was sponsored by Lay's and Smith's. It is a 2-ring binder. The ring is metal the binder itself is heavy cardboard. There are plastic sleeves that you can put your pogs in. There is also pages showing the pictures of the pogs you can collect. This binder was made for 25 pogs, but has space for 30. The front of this binder has a few indentations.
