Boat has all 3 sails. A cannon on wheels with 2 cannon balls. Lots of weapons. 12 characters in total, including 6 pirates. Island with secret opening. 2 treasure chests full of coins. Hammock and 2 trees. Campfire. Plenty of pieces for hours and hours of imaginative play. From the 2 original sets, I'm aware of the following pieces missing: small yellow piece on side of red ship. 1 oar missing from the small town boat. 1 small boy is missing from the island set.
