After inspection this original vintage blow mold is in excellent condition with no damage or issues other than the top of the head has been cut open. If it were me I would get a hanging light fixture with a long bulb and make a soft glowing light out of it. Please see photos for details and measurements. Some areas could use a detailed cleaning.
