Description: This is a beautiful antique tray is hand painted by Pickard. Reseach seems to show this pattern to be 1920s. It is marked on the back with the familiar Pickard leaf logo. Pickard imported blanks from the best European factories and hired the finest artisans available to hand paint each and every piece. This tray has wide gold bands around the rim as well as generous amounts on the final and design pattern. The hand-painted shamrocks, all delicately outlined in black, are exquisite. Approximate measurement 7.6" wide x 12.5" length. The condition is good. The front has no chips or cracks, and the gold decoration is intact but for some superficial scratches, and the China is bright white and very clean. The back shows wear with some chips...see photos.
